Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Good knowledge of computer i.e., Ms. Work and Excel
- Good understanding of Accounting Software
- Good personality and self-motivation
- Honest, patient, and able to work with less supervision.
- Good command in English both writing and speaking.
- Ability to work under a shift schedule.
- In charge of Collection (Cash, Cheque, POS, and Bank Transfer), petty cash, change fund, and cash deposit with agency.
- In charge of collecting all Sale Invoice, Internal Sale then cross check with accounting system to ensure correct amount and number of transactions.
- Monitor & check advance receive vehicle, service coupon, and advance receive parts.
- Allocate trade debtor, cash and/or cheque deposit (vehicle, service coupon, parts order), customer deposit for other income, and vehicle inventory.
- Close daily collection report, prepare all cash, cheque, and other supporting documents to head of branch for review.
- Prepare petty cash and wing payment to supplier and/or staff and posting to accounting system.
- Reimburse of petty cash and wing account for plate number register
- Ensure keeping cash and cheque in a safe box and within the sum insure amount.
- Prepare monthly sales report (new car, accessory, and service) to head of branch for review.
- Ensure accounting documents are kept properly, following 4s kaizen principle.
- Ensure carry out the tasks smoothly and in compliance with the company procedure (e.g., Payment procedure) and/or policy.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor (e.g., Standby as Cashier)
