• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in content writing or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones. Ability to work independently

and have a high sense of teamwork.

• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align marketing with business goals and

maximize resources.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas, engaging

stakeholders, and creating impactful marketing content.

• Creative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Professional and strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn.

• Main Duties
• Develop and publish high-quality content for public relation, articles, product

descriptions, social media and the bank’s website;

• Conduct research on topics and subjects to ensure accuracy, relevance of content and up

to date;

• Proofread and perform quality control on content to ensure it is free of grammatical or

factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency;

• Edit and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality;
• Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns;
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the bank’s

current content;

• Track and analyze content performance using metrics (e.g., views, engagement, clicks) to

inform future content strategies;

• Perform other task as assigned by line manager.
