- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good portfolio showing Graphic Design + Photo/Video work.
- Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/CapCut.
- Good photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
- Creative and familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram content trends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
- Willing to work both in the office and at project sites in Phnom Penh.
- Experience in real estate/property marketing is an advantage.
- Khmer and English communication skills; Chinese is an advantage.
- Take photos and videos at company projects, including villas, shophouses, condominiums, land lots, facilities, and project progress.
- Shoot promotional content with Sales Consultants for property marketing.
- Edit short videos for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Design social media posters, property advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
- Develop simple creative concepts based on marketing campaigns and property selling points.
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver content on time.
- Regularly travel to project sites for photo/video production.
- Support company events, property launches, and other marketing activities when required.
- Any duties have been assigned by Marketing Manager / Superior.
