WE ARE HIRING: Sales Executive

• Plastics Manufacturing (Premium PET Cups & Lids)
• Phnom Penh, Cambodia

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Sales Executive to serve as our primary sales representative. You will directly manage client relationships, execute field sales, and drive revenue growth for our premium PET plastic products.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Direct Sales & Acquisition: Conduct outdoor sales visits, pitch to B2B clients (beverage brands, coffee chains, distributors), and secure orders.
• ​Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing order processing, follow-ups, and long term relationships.
• ​Market Strategy: Develop sales plans, monitor market demand, and identify new business opportunities in Phnom Penh and provinces.
• ​Reporting: Track individual sales pipelines, revenue targets, and customer feedback for management review.

Job Requirements

• ​Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on B2B outdoor sales experience (packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred).
• ​Skills: Strong negotiation, self-management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• ​Languages: Fluent in Khmer and functional English (Chinese is an advantage).
• ​Requirements: Possess personal transportation for client visits.
