Junior Sales Consultant

Job Description

• Find customers that fit with the products line
• Analyze customer's business process and provide appropriate systems solutions;
• Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
• Implement and support customers using POS System
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze and solve software problems
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Work self-directed and independently

Job Requirements

• 1 year + Experience in Sales, consulting POS System is a plus
• Ability to analyze the problem and suggest possible solutions for the problem
• Ability to multitask and keep control of multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work in team and work indepently
• Responsible to the jobs to the customers
• Must be able to call, available for support
• Able to communicate to technical/non-technical staff at all levels
• Language - English and Khmer is a must - Chinese is a plus
