Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- esign, implement, and optimize CI/CD workflows with rollback, blue/green, and canary strategies.
- Maintain Kubernetes clusters across prod/staging/DR, ensuring uptime, performance, and failover readiness.
- Manage Git, Nexus, Jenkins, monitoring, and alerting tools used across development teams.
- Implement security scanning (SAST, DAST), secret rotation, and IAM controls aligned with audit practices.
- Enforce version control, deployment policies, and service consistency across environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
- 3+ years in DevOps or site reliability roles
- Proven experience managing cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Led CI/CD automation for complex microservice environments
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation tools
- Strong knowledge of secure deployment practices in financial or banking systems
- Familiar with ITIL, SLA monitoring, and operational risk management
- Understands business-critical uptime needs and service-level accountability
- Experience supporting agile squads and fast-paced delivery teams
