Position Summary

Reports To: Executive Director

Duty Station: Phnom Penh and Possible Travel to province

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop inspiring content for websites and other YRDP social media channels
• Oversee websites and other social media channels of YRDP and update it regularly and timely manner
• Design marketing material for YRDP’s programs include t-shirts, standing posters, banners, etc.
• Work with staff of other programs to write inspiriting or stories of changes of youth who join YRDP activities
• Document and covers YRDP events and activities(photo/video)
• Lead and assist program team in producing online productions such as podcasts and etc.
• Ensure smooth and safe communication flow within YRDP
• Update Internal Communication Guide of YRDP and orient the guide to staff
• Tracks quotes on media channels about YRDP’s activities and proactive response
• Orient YRDP’s staff about Electronic Security Policy and Communication Guide, how to use social media channels effectively and in a secure manner
• Represent YRDP in event at national and international level if needed
• Supervise volunteers under the program
• Advance budget for activity, prepare settlement and write activity report
• Joint staff meeting, program review, annual reflection, capacity building of YRDP as well as technical meeting of PReSS programs
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Languages

• English - Good

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in media management, or related field

Work History

• Communication and media for 2 years as a minimum
• Program/project management for 1 year as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• Creative mindset and proven experience in graphic designs
• Interested in digital media and skills
• Experience in using WordPress, photoshop, illustrator, canva, Capcut, etc.
• Experience in using social media (Facebook, e-campaign, twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Good command of English in writing and speaking

• Ability to work independently
• A good team player
