HR Specialist

Job Description

• Driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee performance, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, improving organizational structure, and ensuring fair and equitable reward systems.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPis and competency frameworks.
• Ensure policies are aligned with company strategy and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, HRBP) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to OD and Compensation & Benefits.
• Proven experience in organizational design, performance

management, and compensation structuring.

• Fluent in Enlish is priority.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
