Accountant

Job Description

• Report to Senior Accountant/Financial Controller
• Handle guaranteed rental return (GRR)
• Processing and monitoring payment of GRR owners
• Sending notification and Reply email to GRR Owners
• Daily tracking and Update owner information into master file
• Liaise with bank and owners of GRR matter
• Processing and monitoring payment and expenditure on timely basis
• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
• Verify transactions compliance with financial policies and procedures before process payment
• Maintain listing of accounts payable and aging report
• Daily bookkeeping/posting into finance system
• Handling Petty Cash and update Cash Book
• Perform bank reconciliations/ Month end adjustment
• Prepare monthly financial report for business entity
• Involve on audit processing process
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Female
• Pursuing and already have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking or related field.
• Minimum 2 or 3-year relevant working experience in related duties is preferred.
• Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, advance Excel, Outlook) & the Internet.
• Good communication in English for both written and spoken
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, independently and under time pressure.

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm)
• Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
