Position Summary
This position is based within DPA’s ICDP in Mondulkiri Province.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the PPM in ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of the project, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities.
- Support the project team in implementing planned activities and achieving the project’s objectives, milestones, and targets in accordance with the Logframe.
- Assist the PPM in conducting regular monitoring visits to project sites and provide follow-up support, feedback, and recommendations to improve implementation quality and effectiveness.
- Assist the PPM in ensuring compliance with donor requirements, due diligence, governance standards, DPA’s Safeguarding Policy, and GEDSI commitments throughout project implementation.
- Assist in coordinating monthly and quarterly work plans, the annual operational plan and budget, and project progress reports, and support the tracking and consolidation of project data and indicators.
- Assist the PPM in identifying implementation challenges and following up on agreed actions to ensure timely progress towards project objectives and targets.
- Assist the PPM in coordinating staff capacity development and provide technical and operational support to the project team as required.
- Assist the PPM in maintaining effective coordination and collaboration with NGOs, the Provincial NGO Network, relevant government departments, private-sector actors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the PPM in mobilising and coordinating internal and external technical and human resources to support project implementation, particularly capacity-building activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Economics, Management, or other relevant fields
Work History
- Experience working with NGOs, preferably in integrated community development for 4 years as a minimum
General & Technical Skills
- Knowledge and experience in agricultural value chains, market development for small-scale producers and Agricultural Cooperatives, climate-resilient agriculture, disaster risk reduction (DRR), disaster preparedness, and natural resource management.
- Knowledge and experience in project data tracking, recording, analysis, and consolidation for quarterly, annual, and project completion reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in Community Organizing (CO), Rights-Based Approaches (RBA), and advocacy is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MERL), results-based monitoring, data analysis, learning, and donor-compliant reporting.
- Strong skills in project management, staff supervision, capacity development, coordination, and networking.
- Good written and spoken Khmer and English.
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email, and Internet applications.
