• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, construction methods, and contract administration.
• Experience working with contractors or consultancy firms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar QS software.
• Excellent quantity take-off and cost estimation skills

🏷 Senior HR Officer

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business
• Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law and HR best practices is highly preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

🏷Interior Design Manager
Budget range : $1500 , Design and Build industry

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or supervisory level
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Sketchup V-ray Render, Enscape
• A strong, proven portfolio showcasing successfully completed residential with a heavy focus on high-end decor and styling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
• Lead Interior Design Team , Design Concept & Client Presentation, BOQ, Quotation & Pricing Support, Project Coordination & Site Support , etc
