• Manpower & resource planning and forecasting
• Analyse data and utilisation needs
• Build project dashboards and track key milestones
• Support hospital management committees and stakeholder sessions
• Help develop business cases and funding proposals

🎯 YOU’LL FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Analytics, Data Science or Finance background = bonus
• Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables, Macros & advanced formulas
• Good writing, stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
• Initiative, adaptability and serious get-things-done energy 🔥

✅ Healthcare experience is a plus, not a must.
