Sales Consultant Used Car Sales

Bachelor degree in Management/Marketing or related fields
At least 1 year experience in sales or fresh graduated student
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English
Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
Knowledge of computers, Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
Having a valid driving license is a plus

Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, email and direct visit in order to build a strong relationship
Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment.
Update customer profiles in the company database system
Ensure displaying cars in the showroom is clean and create new ideas of showroom decoration during duty standby schedule.
Negotiated price, terms and delivery schedule with customers
Update daily inquiry report timely and accurately.
Be able to issue sales contract accordingly when deal done
Understand and update about used car market movement and competitor's movement.
Collaborate with new car sales team to get used car inquiry
Support teamwork when needed and assigned by management
Collaborate with accountant to issue official receipt.
Update daily, weekly and monthly report on time and accurate
Be able to stand by on weekends and holidays when management assigns.
Participate in all sales-related training courses to enhance sales skills.
Collaborate with service team for additional job requested by customers
Create social media pages to aggressively promote products and get more inquiries.
Perform other tasks assigned by Management
