Sales Officer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Stand by at the office and warmly welcome and assist customers.
• Introduce company products and services to customers.
• Occasionally assist with the delivery of quotations/samples/invoices to customers.
• Be able to go and take photographs at project sites when needed.
• Ability to attend meetings with customers/suppliers alongside the boss.
• Respond to customer/supplier inquiries through phone and other online channels.
• Support marketing and advertising activities when needed.
• Track some working progress with customers & suppliers and maintain good relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and boss.

Job Requirements

• Female only such as Gen Z (Age between 23 to 27 years old).
• Good-looking" or "attractive appearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and sale, or related field.
• 1 years' experience up in marketing and sale.
• Experience with overcoming customer objections/complains.
• Basic computer skills: fluence in Excel, and Google skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.

*  Salary: Negotiable during the interview.
*  Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00-12:00 , 13:30-17:30) ; Sunday (in case needs)
