Finance Manager

Job Description

Oversee daily financial and accounting operations.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and management reports.

Monitor financial performance, costs, and expenditures.

Manage tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.

Control accounts receivable, payable, and cash management.

Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B .Com). Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is highly advantageous.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Solid understanding of Myanmar tax regulations, IRD portals, and DICA compliance.

Proficiency in financial software/ERPs and advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Experience with multi-SKU inventory tracking and product-wise P&L costing.

Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to coordinate seamlessly with regional teams and the India Head Office.

Working Hours    : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM 

Off Day                : Sat-Sun Off (1st and Last Sat Open), Public Holiday Off
