Job Requirement

• Must be B.E (Mechanical)
• Must have working experience minimum 2-3 years
• Must possess strong technical knowledge in the similar working industry
• Must have basic understanding of second language
• Maintain a good working attitude and willingness to learn

Job Description

• Follow up service date and time for existing service contract customers
• Need to arrange and timeline plan for service, weekly and monthly
• Before going service place need to prepare Health Declaration form for customer.
• At appointment service date need to go service place without any absence.
• After service need to prepare reports and get customer signature.
• After servicing need to report regional manager with phone calling, Viber app ( Team Group)
• Checking contract or purchase order need to inform related person to issue invoice or etc., after servicing
• Making hand tools list after servicing (In and Out)
• To attached report at related order files
• To find new opportunities for service contract job
• Maintain inventory and purchase orders lg
• Inspect tools, equipment or machines
• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on and recommend of tools , appliances and equipment
• Contributes to overall customer service strategy

Working Hours: 8:00 AM To 4:30 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
