Job description
The Administration Manager is responsible for managing the company’s daily administrative operations, office facilities, documentation, and administrative staff. The role ensures smooth office operations and provides effective support to management and all departments.
1. Office Administration
- Manage and oversee daily office administrative activities.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, and other administrative resources.
- Monitor office expenses and prepare administrative budgets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and building management.
- Arrange meetings, company events, travel, transportation, and accommodation when required.
2. Document & Record Management
- Maintain proper filing and records of company documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare letters, reports, notices, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure confidential documents are properly stored and protected.
- Maintain accurate administrative databases and records.
3. Government & External Liaison
- Coordinate with relevant government departments and local authorities when required.
- Assist with company registrations, licenses, permits, and renewals.
- Coordinate official documents and administrative procedures with government offices.
- Maintain good relationships with external partners and service providers.
4. Staff & Team Management
- Supervise administrative staff, receptionists, drivers, cleaners, and other support staff.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate administrative support
- Train and guide administrative team members.
- Handle administrative staff issues and report important matters to management.
5. Management Support
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Directors.
- Coordinate internal meetings and prepare meeting materials when required.
- Follow up on management instructions and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate communication between management and different departments.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure administrative
- At least 1–3 years of experience as a Chinese–Khmer translator/interpreter is preferred.
- Excellent command of Chinese and Khmer, both spoken and written.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Chinese and Cambodian business culture.
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to translate accurately and quickly under pressure.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, honests, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel or work outside the office when required.
