Recrenza is hiring on behalf of a leading organization in Dubai for a highly experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator to manage and support enterprise-level database environments.

🔹 Position: Senior Oracle DBA
📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Onsite)
🧠 Experience Required: 10+ Years

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, patching & maintenance of Oracle databases
Performance tuning, monitoring & optimization
Backup, recovery, high availability & disaster recovery (RMAN, Data Guard, RAC)
Ensuring database security, reliability & compliance
Supporting mission-critical production environments

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ 10+ years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience
✔️ Strong expertise in performance tuning & troubleshooting
✔️ Experience with enterprise-scale databases
✔️ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
