Junior Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Accountants (Junior or Assistant, depending on experience) to join our Finance team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bill clients promptly and manage account receivables to ensure timely collection
• Handle overseas clients and vendors (English communication required)
• Manage accounts payable and perform regular reconciliations
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping in compliance with CIFRS
• Ensure timely and accurate Cambodian tax declarations
• Manage petty cash for operations needs
• Cheque collections from clients and deposits in banks
• Keep up to date with policies and regulations
• Participate in digital transformation projects across Finance and Sales departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Accounting Assistant: final year students
• Understanding of accounting principles, CIFRS and Cambodian tax laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Excellent command of English to communicate with international suppliers like Microsoft
• Strong attention to detail with a questioning mind
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Adept at multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively
• A team player with collaborative attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with other business units
• Possess the drive to pursue an expansive finance career
