Job Description

JOB SUMMARY A Sales Supervisor for Electrical Products leads a sales team, drives revenue growth, and builds client relationships within the electrical equipment, lighting, or industrial supplies sector. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train sales representatives or field agents to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to target direct and indirect clients, including contractors, electricians, retailers, and commercial developers. • Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with key accounts, dealers, and wholesalers, handling high-value negotiations and client presentations. • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and emerging electrical code standards or product innovations. • Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate with operations to maintain adequate product stock levels, handle order fulfillment, and track sales metrics.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field. • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven Trade or retail sales experience, ideally with technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, or lighting components. • Skills: Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Technical Literacy: Ability to read technical product specifications, blueprints, or schematics and understand electrical safety regulations.
