Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Reports to: Executive Producer / Chief Commercial Officer
Role Purpose:
We're looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to sit at the center of our live events, entertainment, and marketing production pipeline. This is a senior, high-trust role for someone who thrives on turning ambitious, fast-moving ideas into real, delivered timelines — across concerts, TV productions, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
You'll own project tracking and coordination across multiple concurrent productions, working closely with leadership, creative, and production teams to keep every workstream on schedule and every detail accounted for. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do next. We need someone who can take high-level direction, build out the plan, anticipate problems before they surface, and bring solutions — not just status updates — back to leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and track detailed project plans across multiple concurrent productions
- Flag risks, dependencies, and timeline conflicts well before they become urgent
- Coordinate daily with production, creative, marketing, and finance teams to keep every workstream moving
- Follow up proactively on open items so nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare materials and track commitments for vendor, partner, and stakeholder conversations led by senior leadership
- Coordinate logistics for external-facing workstreams and partner meetings
- Track budgets against commitments; monitor spend and flag gaps early
- Keep financial stakeholders informed with accurate, current numbers
- Present two to three viable paths forward whenever a workstream goes off track
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting in Asana
- Run project check-ins and circulate clear action items, owners, and deadlines
- Improve coordination systems, templates, and workflows as the team scales
- Operate with discretion on confidential, high-visibility projects

- Proven stakeholder management - senior leadership, creative teams, and external partner simultaneously without losing the thread
- Financial literacy; comfortable tracking budgets, spend, and vendor commitments (owning a project budget is a plus)
- Systems-minded; hands-on with project management tools (Asana or similar) and interested in improving how a growing team tracks its work
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and clear written reporting
- Concert, festival, or live-music production background
- Experience coordinating TV/film or branded content productions
- Experience managing vendor, sponsor, or partner deliverables against contracts
- Familiarity with Asana templates, dependencies, and portfolio-level reporting
- Experience building or improving SOPs, trackers, and reporting cadences
- Exposure to budget forecasting, cost reconciliation, and post-project wrap reporting
- Regional experience across Cambodia and ASEAN markets
Soft Skills
- Proven stakeholder management - senior leadership, creative teams, and external partners simultaneously without losing the thread
- Calm and organized under pressure; able to manage complex, multi-track timelines with firm external deadlines
