Job Description:

• We are hiring enthusiastic, career-oriented Freshers who are eager to build a successful career in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
• This opportunity is ideal for graduates who possess excellent communication skills in English, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with map-based data, conducting research, analysing information, and ensuring accuracy in assigned tasks.
• Candidates should demonstrate good comprehension skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

General Guidelines:

• Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process.
• Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger, as the assessment and interview process may continue throughout the day.
• We are specifically looking for fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Applicants must have completed their Graduation or Postgraduation. Candidates currently pursuing any degree, certification, or educational program are not eligible.
• The role operates in a 24×7 work environment, primarily supporting customers across different geographies, including US customers. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Candidates who can join immediately are highly encouraged to apply, as immediate availability will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with customers in English and Hindi, as required.
• Read, comprehend, and respond accurately to customer queries, process documents, emails, and system updates in both languages.
• Understand customer concerns, analyze issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Skills:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Any internship experience, customer service exposure, or BPO experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Content Moderation will be considered a plus.
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in both Hindi and English is a key requirement for this role.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage in professional and fluent customer conversations.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Hindi and English fluently.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills to effectively understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers across different regions and backgrounds.
• Confidence in handling customer conversations, documenting interactions, and interpreting information in both languages.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong command of grammar, comprehension, and professional communication in both languages.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between Hindi and English based on customer requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and customer-handling skills.
• Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and customer-first mindset.

Candidates must bring the required documents:

• Two copies of their updated resume.

• Originals and photocopies of educational certificates and marksheets.
