Assistant Shop Manager

Job Description

• Assist the Shop Manager in managing daily store operations.

• Supervise and motivate shop staff to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor sales, stock, and store performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

• Support merchandising and promotional activities.

• Handle customer issues and prepare daily sales reports.

Requirements

- Age below 30 years & Bachelor's degree holder.

- Must possess a Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing or Management.

- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience, primarily in Retail Showroom Operations

Working Hours - 9 Am to 7 Pm (Depending on the assigned location)

Off Day - One Day off per week
