👤 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 4–7 years of In-House / Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
✔️ Strong experience in CXO / Leadership / Executive Hiring.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
✔️ Experience working directly with Business Heads / Senior Management.
✔️ Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence capabilities.
✔️ Exposure to ATS, recruitment analytics, and dashboards.
✔️ Strong understanding of corporate hiring practices and candidate experience.
