Job Description:

• Position: Technical Process Executive, Service Desk (Freshers)
• Experience: Fresher
• Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education – Must have degree certificates and Marksheets)
• Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office
• Shift: 24×7 Shift Rotation

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to global clients via calls and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues including:
• VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
• Operating systems and basic networking
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Work on ticketing tools.
• Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interaction

NOTE:

• Interview Mode: Walk-in.
• Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app, as there is no negative marking.
• The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
• Use a headset or headphones are for clear communication.
• Assessment cleared candidates will be processed further ahead for Ops round.
• Please do not switch screens during the assessment. Detection of multiple faces, absence of a face, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification.
