Job Descriptions
- Recruitment နှင့် Manpower Planning လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Attendance, Leave နှင့် Payroll Support လုပ်ငန်းများ ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- ဝန်ထမ်းစည်းကမ်းနှင့် Employee Relations ကိစ္စများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Employee Database နှင့် HR Documentation များ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
- HR Daily / Monthly Reports များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- HR Diploma / Certificate ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Microsoft Excel နှင့် Word ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Leadership, Communication နှင့် Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Factory, F&B သို့မဟုတ် Retail လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
