• Build dashboards and insights for senior decision-makers 📊
• Drive a stronger risk-aware culture across CAG
• Lead and develop a 4-member ERM team

🎯 WHAT THEY WANT

• Degree in Risk Management, Aviation, Business or related field
• 10 to 12+ years of relevant risk experience
• At least 3 years in ERM leadership
• Strong background in complex operational or infrastructure environments
• Professional risk certifications = bonus
• Hands-on, resilient and confident influencing senior stakeholders
