Job description

- Manage project sampling
- Call verification consumer promotion, sampling, and another relevant project
- Answer consumer’s question/inquiry related to product and service
- Main responsibilities are responsible for inbound calls, Facebook and TikTok responses, and outbound calls, with flexible working hours based on business needs
- Daily/weekly/monthly report
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 1‐2 years' experience in Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, Receptionist or relevant experience
- Motherhood is preferable
- Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable
- Good knowledge of Ms. Office, Internet and Email
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kinds
- Adaptability and be able to work under pressure.
