Please note that the areas of accountability and key tasks are not limited to the below and are subject to change based on the requirements of the organization.

• Manage project sampling
• Call verification consumer promotion, sampling, and another relevant project
• Answer consumer’s question/inquiry related to product and service
• Main responsibilities are responsible for inbound calls, Facebook and TikTok responses, and outbound calls, with flexible working hours based on business needs
• Daily/weekly/monthly report
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• 1‐2 years' experience in Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, Receptionist or relevant experience
• Motherhood is preferable
• Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable
• Good knowledge of Ms. Office, Internet and Email
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kinds
• Adaptability and be able to work under pressure.
