Sales Manager

1. Graduated or is pursuing Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 2-5 year of sales experience in the electronics, or construction materials.

3.Have good presentation and communication skills
4.Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
5.Demonstrate skills in Microsoft word, excel, and power point.
6.Knowledge of construction products is preferable.

•Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
•Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share.
•Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities.
•Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
•Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
•Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
