Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual content across various platforms, including web, social media, email, advertising, packaging, and print.
• Translate strategic direction into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing, procurement, and sales teams to maintain cohesive branding across all materials.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by assistant graphic designers.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries of creativity.
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work directly with management to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), or other design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
