Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to grow brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales for a trading and distribution business in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate is creative, target-driven, and able to turn online engagement into business results.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels.
● Create engaging content to promote products, build brand awareness, and attract new customers.
● Support sales activities by handling inquiries, following up on leads, and converting prospects.
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to boost ROI.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely promotions.
● Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and growth.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a similar commercial role.
● Strong skills of social media platforms, online advertising, and content creation.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic design or marketing tools.
● Results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment.
● Experience in trading, e-commerce, or import/export is an advantage.
