HR Supervisor

Description

-Handle recruitment and onboarding.
-Maintain HR records and employee database.
-Ensure employees follow policies and procedures.
-Monitor daily attendance, leave and late records and submit reports to head office.
-Handle SSB, Income Tax, and employee welfare matters.
-Maintain employee in/out records and provide requested information to head office.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-3–5 years HR experience.
-Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information.
