Job description
- Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing or any related field
- Earned 5 years of experience (in real estate is plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good in command English
- Good at sourcing and analytical skill
- Good at negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and good at team work
- Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness, and business opportunity
- Sourcing, Identify and cooperate with new Sales Agency/business partner
- Work closely with sales agency to build up and implement business plan to achieve the target
- Introduce new produce to sales agency
- Actively up-to-date information of new project and share to sales agency/business partner
- Conduce the research and analyze the market to find out the sales barrier comparing to the competitors
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and agency conferences
- Assist in sales agency marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities
- Evaluate sales agency performance and recommend improvements
