Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying the need of the suppliers of the cleaners, cooks, laundry and other concerned departments with monthly request and reports.
- Assist the Manager in making sure the Health and Safety practice are followed by the workers and the staffs.
- Assist the manager in translating documents from Khmer to English and English to Khmer.
- Making sure the telephone list of all staff and workers is up today by monthly bases.
- Responsible for the supervisory of the security with the security company/provider with report.
- Assist the Manager in implementing of the policies of the company such as HR, Admin and Purchasing, and typing documents and assist in issuing company announcements.
- Recording in-out letter
- Facilitate new worker introductions and conduct orientation sessions on company policies and procedures, including canteen and accommodation guidelines, as well as acceptable conduct standards.
- Manage the issuance of worker and staff lockers, and related reporting.
- Supervise accommodation arrangements for all staff and workers, conducting weekly inspections to identify necessary changes regarding tidiness and cleanliness, and submit reports.
- Assist in managing staff and worker accidents, follow up on illness situations, and process claims with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
- Monitor updates to Labor Laws and verify the Company's compliance.
- Assist the Manager in updating policies in accordance with Labor Laws and Prakas.
- Prepare monthly reports and declarations regarding staff turnover for the Department of Labor.
- Arrange work permits for all Cambodian staff and foreign nationals.
- Maintain and organize all assigned files.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Languages
- English - Good
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Work History
- HR & Admin tasks, particularly in labor law compliance and ministry filing for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
General & Technical Skills
- Language Skills: Good command of English (both speaking and writing) for document translation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email, and Internet navigation.
Soft Skills
- Well-organized, strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to work collaboratively under guidance.
