Marketing Supervisor

Job Description

• Formulate and implement a strategically integrated marketing plan to increase sale volume.
• Lead and develop teamwork within and motivate people to take extra effort to deliver the company's objective or sales target
• Ensure that relationships with all customers are well maintained to derive benefits of meeting the sales objectives.
• Explore new areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for sales development.
• Annual marketing planning and product development processes.
• Regularly prepare various reports and analysis market situation and provide recommendations for management review.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/related field.
• At least 5 years experiences in trading company and Recommendation enclosure.
• Strong interpersonal skill.
• Good negotiation/communication skill
• Creative, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedule.
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team.
