Finance Lead

🔑 KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong E2E Finance ownership – Financial Reporting, Taxation, Statutory Compliance, Audits & Financial Controls.
• Strong FP&A & Business Finance – Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Cost Control & Profitability.
• Experience in Working Capital, Revenue, Billing, Collections & Cash Flow Management.
• Exposure to India & US Operations / US GAAP will be highly preferred.
• Strong MIS, Management Reporting & Business Partnering experiences.
• Experience with ERP – SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Zoho / Tally
• Good hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI & Financial Modelling.
• Ability to work closely with CEO, CXOs & Business Leaders.
• Experience in IT Services / Staffing / Consulting / Technology / Professional Services is preferred.
