Receptionist, Tele Sales

Description

- Welcoming and greeting all visitors, students, and parents in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
- Managing incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate general information, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries, ensuring they are logged and distributed correctly.
- Actively capturing and recording contact details from all walk-in visitors and inbound inquiries (phone, social media) using standard inquiry forms.
- Presenting detailed features, benefits, and current promotions of products/courses to prospective customers or students.
- Conducting systematic follow-ups with potential leads via phone, Messenger, or Viber to optimize conversion rates and close sales.
- Maintaining and updating the daily/weekly lead lists and sales databases (CRM or Excel sheets) with high accuracy.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Organizing and filing customer/student enrollment forms and other essential administrative documentation.
- Preparing and submitting daily/weekly reports on lead status, walk-in traffic, and sales performance to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diplomas in Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Relations are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Front Desk, Reception, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales roles.
- Proficiency in Myanmar (written and spoken) and a good command of English (Intermediate Level).
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
