Operation Supervisor

Description

- Supervise regular departmental operations, delegate tasks, and adjust schedules to hit production or service goals.
- Onboard new hires, train team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct performance evaluations, and offer coaching.
- Enforce workplace safety rules, handle incident or defect reporting, and maintain compliance with industry laws.
- Mediate staff disputes, manage performance issues, and foster a productive work environment.
- Oversee operational stock levels, manage equipment readiness, and assist with budget tracking.

Requirements

Order များ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် Stock ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်၊ ပို့ဆောင်ရေး (Delivery) လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီစဉ်ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ရမည်၊ အရောင်း၊ ဂိုဒေါင်နှင့် ဌာနများကြား ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်၊ MS Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is widely preferred.
• Generally 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational environment, with 1 to 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
