Sales Consultant

Job Description

• Maximize sales and deliver the most effective and creative sales technique
• Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
• Greeting, presents product and accompany customer to visit the project.
• Building strong relationship with customer and agency, Persuade customer to final close sales
• Understand and update competitor’s movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales
• Create your own digitals content to get more customer’s inquiry (leads)
• Make cold/hunting calls to arrange meetings with and show potential customers around a property and answers all enquiries
• Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up.
• Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly sale report for management.
• Another task will be assigned by direct superior or manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administrative field, Sale and Marketing or related.
• At least 1-2years experience in real estate industry.
• Good convincing, negotiation, friendly and welcoming person.
• Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and good at teamwork.
• Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office, PowerPoint and Email
• Be able to speak and written in Japan
