Probationary Period Base Salary: 14,000
Regular Period Salary: 14,000 + 2,000 Performance Bonus

Level L1 Base Salary: 15,000 + 2,000 Performance Bonus

Level L2 Base Salary: 16,000 + 2,000 Performance Bonus

Level L3 Base Salary: 17,000 + 2,000 Performance Bonus

Level L4 Base Salary: 18,000 + 3,000 Performance Bonus

Level L5 Base Salary: 20,000 + 4,000 Performance Bonus

Level L6 Base Salary: 22,000 + 5,000 Performance Bonus

Clear Promotion Climbing: Probationary Period → Regular Period → L1 → L2 → L3 → L4 → L5 → L6

Estimated Evaluation Period for Each Promotion: Approximately 2 – 6 months (Assessment based on daily work performance, task completion ability, sense of responsibility, and execution)
