Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Duties & Responsibilities

• ERM, Governance & BCM: Support implementation and review of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks.
• Insurance Risk Management: Identify, assess, monitor, and report key insurance risks, including underwriting, claims, investment, liquidity, market, operational, regulatory/compliance, strategic, ESG, reputation, external, third-party & counterparty risk and emerging risks.
• Audit & Regulatory: Identify key issues from internal audit, external audit, and regulatory reports that require capacity building.
• Risk Assessment & Controls: Conduct risk assessments with relevant departments; assess risks from new products, systems, initiatives, and material changes; identify controls and monitor mitigation actions.
• Risk Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze risk data, exposures, trends, KRIs, and thresholds; prepare risk reports; escalate significant and emerging risks.
• Risk Incidents & Escalation: Record and support investigation of risk incidents; monitor corrective/preventive actions and escalate significant or unresolved matters.
• BCM & Risk Awareness: Support BCM testing, continuity planning, risk awareness, and training initiatives across the company.
• Other Support: Provide risk management support to relevant committees, including bidding, procurement, and asset disposal activities; maintain ERM tools and perform other duties assigned by management.
• Review of policies & manuals from other departments.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Unit Manager/Chief Risk Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with customer segmentation and market research.
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Strong product development and policy development skills.
