Specialist, Activation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute on-site activations with high quality and brand consistency.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution during events.
• Supervise on-ground team during activations.
• Capture real-time customer insights & Track participation numbers.
• Record observations on engagement levels and product interest.
• Ensure all documents comply with company standards and policies and submit documents for review and approval before activation.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-3 years in activations or event support.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge in Activation management, supplier coordination, customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, team player.
• Professional and physically fit for on-site work.
• Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, and good health.
