Position Summary
Reporting to: Head of Learning Assistant and Student Affairs
Department: Academic Operation
Contract Type: Full-Time / On-site
Working Day: Monday to Friday & Saturday Morning
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm & 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Role Overview: The Office Intern will support the operation and academic Department. This role offers hands-on experience in education administration, communication, and data management, dealing with students and teachers, administrative work and academic support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Report Preparation:
- Prepare and Submit weekly reports to Head of Learning Assistant and Student Affairs

Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree
General & Technical Skills
- Detail-oriented with basic data management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite, CRM tools, or social media is a plus.
