Senior Sales

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable skincare and beauty products based on their needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective product recommendations, cross-selling, upselling, and VIP customer service.
• Coach and support junior sales team members by sharing product knowledge and providing on-the-job guidance.
• Monitor product stock, ensure proper inventory rotation using the FIFO method, and maintain attractive product displays and window merchandising.
• Lead showroom operations, supervise POS and cashier processes, and ensure accurate invoice preparation and payment handling.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, and escalate complex issues to the Team Leader when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare, luxury retail, or as a Senior Sales professional.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, customer consultation techniques, sales strategies, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, lead by example, and collaborate effectively with the showroom team.
• Working hours-9:00am to 6:00pm
