Sales Officer

Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase transaction volume and customer loyalty.
• Provide clients with updated goods price information, comparative advantages, and transaction terms.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with AML/KYC procedures and other relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with settlement and finance departments to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
• Track individual performance and report to MSM
• Update daily, weekly and monthly sale report to MSM.
• Other task will be assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Studying Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a

related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience in sales, customer services, or related financial

services.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain

clearly.

• Solid knowledge of currency markets, basic financial

principles, and calculations.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability in

handling financial data and transactions.

• Language: Khmer – Vietnamese Speaking
