Senior Specialist, Digital Saving

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver reliable dashboards and analysis: Provide accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards. Monitor key KPIs and identify performance gaps, trends, and key drivers of open banking business growth.
• Drive Business and customer growth through data insights: Analyze customer segments, deposit behavior, account activity, and business trends to identify growth opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and average balance.
• Enable data-driven product and campaign decisions: Analyze product and feature performance, including customer adoption, usage, and conversion. Measure campaign effectiveness, incremental business, customer conversion, and ROI.
• Improve reporting efficiency and data quality: Identify key trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities through data analysis. Provide actionable recommendations to improve business growth, customer engagement, product performance, and business efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistics, and business intelligence.
• Good understanding of banking, digital banking, deposits, savings products, and customer behavior.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, data visualization, and reporting.
• Understanding of KPI development, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and performance measurement.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, banking, FinTech, or digital business.
• Experience in customer, product, deposit, or digital banking analytics is preferred.
• Proven experience developing management dashboards and automated reports.
• Experience translating data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, data-driven, and able to identify opportunities without waiting for instructions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Collaborative, accountable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
