Position Summary

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and supporting the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and team coordination skills, with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trucking, customs clearance, or warehousing preferred.

The Sales Supervisor will work closely with the Sales Manager and Operations team to ensure customer requirements are handled effectively and sales activities are completed professionally and on time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and sales activities.
• Promote logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure good service delivery.
• Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving company sales targets.
