- Knowledge of Basic sales techniques, logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Good Communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Good understanding of the company’s products/services
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- University degree (university degree in any field)
- No prior experience required (have experiences is plus)
Benefits and Conditions:
- Working Time : 8:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 ~ 13:30)
- Working Day : Monday ~ Friday & Saturday (Half)
- Holiday : Legal holiday

- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with assigned customers.
- Promote company services to potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
- Report sales activities to the Sales Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Building a customer base in a competitive market.
- Managing time effectively between prospecting and servicing customers.
- Understanding and adapting to customer needs.
