Sales Officer

• Knowledge of Basic sales techniques, logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Good Communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Good understanding of the company’s products/services
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• University degree (university degree in any field)
• No prior experience required (have experiences is plus)

Benefits and Conditions:

• Working Time : 8:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 ~ 13:30)
• Working Day : Monday ~ Friday & Saturday (Half)
• Holiday : Legal holiday

• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Promote company services to potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
• Report sales activities to the Sales Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Building a customer base in a competitive market.
• Managing time effectively between prospecting and servicing customers.
• Understanding and adapting to customer needs.
